Mason and Jones offer a comprehensive range of quality woven and nonwoven fabrics, webbings and protective packaging products for the furniture and bedding manufacturing industries.
With our in-house machine capabilities, we are able to slit and rewind all of our standard stock fabrics to suit your specific requirements.
We can supply fabric on the roll or as an individual sheet cut to your optimum size to improve efficiency and avoid unnecessary wastage, all with sealed edges.
We also manufacture our own polypropylene webbing, 50mm is our standard stock width but alternative widths are possible if required.

Woven Polypropylene Fabrics
For upholstered furniture and divan base bottoming applications.
Fabric complies with BS5852 Schedule 4 part ll and Schedule 5 part lll invisible linings (cigarette & match test).
Fabric can be supplied on the roll or as a sheet, cut to size with sealed edges.
Sheets Cut To Size
All of our fabrics can be cut to a bespoke size and supplied as separate individual sheets with sealed edges.
A sealed edge cut sheet will improve production efficiency and reduce unnecessary fabric waste.
Spunbond / Dipryl / Corovin
Spunbond fabric (also referred to as Corovin or Dipryl fabric) is a strong, breathable, lightweight and durable material often used as a lining, base cloth, quilt backing or internal layer support fabric for upholstery and mattress production. We stock an extensive range of colours and fabric weights from lightweight 15gsm up to 130gsm, all of which can be supplied on the roll, slit down to a narrow width size or as an individual cut sheet.

Needlefelt Fabrics
A strong, breathable fabric, used for many applications including platform lining, base cloth, pillow tops, fly strips and internal layer support fabric for upholstery and mattress production. Available in many colours and weights to suit the application, fabric can be supplied on the roll, slit down to a narrow width size or as an individual cut sheet.

We hold in stock a standard range of polythene bags for upholstered furniture, mattress and divan bases, ready for immediate collection / delivery. We would be happy to produce bespoke sizes if required.
